Context

My role
I coordinate the portfolio across business leaders, country owners, subject-matter experts, IT, data, development, operations and control stakeholders.
Approach
I structure opportunities into value cases, roadmaps, KPIs and risk-aware release plans. Adoption, training, monitoring and operational handover are planned with delivery.
Outcome

My role

I translated customer, risk, business and governance requirements into test scenarios, backlog priorities, API decisions and regional rollout plans.

The work supported international deployment decisions, executive steering and practical build-versus-partner choices.
