The short version

I like difficult problems with real users and real constraints.

I work at the intersection of AI, product management and enterprise delivery. I currently lead a portfolio of AI, agentic AI, workflow automation, analytics and data initiatives within wealth management at Rothschild & Co in Zürich.

My experience spans financial services, enterprise software, machine-learning products and entrepreneurship. I enjoy taking unclear problems, creating structure around them and working with engineers, designers, researchers, data teams, operations, IT, risk stakeholders and senior executives to build products that people actually use.

I do my best work in environments that are intellectually demanding, fast-moving and full of difficult problems. I need to keep learning and building. That is why I am drawn to AI: the technology is evolving quickly, but the real challenge is still deeply human—choosing the right problems, earning trust and changing how work gets done.

How I work

Four principles I return to.

Simple rules for keeping enterprise AI connected to value, control and adoption.

01

Start from the work

The technology matters. The workflow, user and business outcome decide whether it creates value.

02

Make risk concrete

Good governance translates into access, permissions, evidence, review and operational ownership.

03

Build for reuse

A use case becomes more valuable when it leaves the platform stronger for the next team.

04

Adoption is product work

Training, support, feedback and workflow redesign belong inside the product roadmap.

What I am building toward

AI capabilities that institutions can safely adopt, scale and turn into measurable value.

That requires more than a model. It requires product judgement, platform thinking, control design, operational discipline and a clear story for the people whose work will change.

A useful conversation

Building enterprise AI that survives contact with reality.

I am always interested in difficult product, platform and transformation mandates—especially where trust matters as much as speed.
